Capstone Wellness Center, P.L.L.C. is a private outpatient counseling clinic offering services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.

Our staff have been providing counseling services since 1987 and offer a wide variety of treatment modalities along with years of experience.

We work with all disability groups including mental health, developmental disability, and substance abuse diagnoses.
